The next step is to guide you, in store, with essential Fruit, Vegetable, Starch, and Meat/Vegan choices based on your current symptoms, diagnoses, and nutrient needs. We will also go over a short list of crucial supplements that you'll personally need to get started on the right foot that are safe to take with your medication list.
