What a nutrition consultation looks like here
A consultation with Mare'ka is a conversation about how you eat now, what your health history looks like and what you want to change. It ends with priorities written down in plain language, not a generic meal plan.
01
Your usual eating routine, talked through day by day
03
Your goals, in your own words
02
Your health history
04
Questions you have been carrying about food
You leave with
✓ Written notes on what to tackle first
✓ A short list of actions to start with
✓ A recommendation on whether follow-up sessions would help
The aim is a way of eating that fits your week, not a short-term diet.
